Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Wahidah account and its directly identifying cloud data from inside the app.

In the Wahidah app

  1. Open Today and tap your profile picture.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Read both confirmations and choose Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in identity, cloud backup, entitlement record, owned duas, response/session records, family membership, and public challenge nickname/photo are removed. Anonymous community totals can remain because they no longer identify an account.

What remains on your phone

Your private worship history stored locally stays on that device so deleting a cloud account does not unexpectedly erase personal records. You can remove it by clearing Wahidah's app data or uninstalling the app.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@wahidah.app from the address used for your account. We will verify the request and aim to complete it within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
