Terms of Use

Effective 3 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wahidah App (“Wahidah”, “we”), the operator of the Wahidah app and website, about your use of them. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.

1. Using Wahidah

Wahidah is a prayer companion: prayer times, Quran, dhikr, adhkar, reminders and optional community features. You may use it without an account. Some features need an account, and some may be available through Wahidah Premium or a free trial.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete Wahidah account) or by writing to support@wahidah.app; see how account deletion works.

3. Community features and what you post

Some parts of Wahidah let you publish words that other people can see: a request for dua, an update to it, the name you post under, and the name you choose for shared leaderboards (“your content”).

4. Premium

Wahidah Premium is not currently offered for purchase. Where Wahidah provides a free trial, the trial is provided without charge and ends automatically unless the app clearly states otherwise.

5. Content and sources

Quran text, translations, recitation audio and supplications in Wahidah come from the sources credited in the app (More → About Wahidah → Sources & Credits) and remain subject to their own licences.

6. Things you must not do

Do not misuse Wahidah: do not attempt to break or overload it, access data that is not yours, copy its content in bulk, or use it to harm others.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app, and where the Community Guidelines change we will ask you to accept them again before you post.

8. What Wahidah is, and is not

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore. Subject to that, and to the extent those laws allow, Wahidah is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
