I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the rejected. Allah—there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. Everything in the heavens and on the earth belongs to Him. Who can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what lies before people and what lies beyond them, while they grasp nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent.
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. 112:1 Say: He is Allah, the One. 112:2 Allah, the One on whom all depend. 112:3 He neither begets nor was born. 112:4 Nothing is comparable to Him. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. 113:1 Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, 113:2 from the evil of what He created, 113:3 from the evil of darkness when it settles, 113:4 from the evil of those who blow upon knots, 113:5 and from the evil of an envier when he envies. In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful. 114:1 Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of humankind, 114:2 the King of humankind, 114:3 the God of humankind, 114:4 from the evil of the retreating whisperer, 114:5 who whispers into people’s hearts, 114:6 whether from the jinn or humankind.

We have entered the morning, and all sovereignty belongs to Allah. All praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, without partner. To Him belong all sovereignty and praise, and He has power over all things. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and what follows it. I seek refuge in You from the evil of this day and what follows it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the evils of old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from punishment in the Fire and punishment in the grave.

I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You.

O Allah, I have entered the morning, and I call You, the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels, and all Your creation to witness that You are Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except You alone, without partner, and Muhammad is Your servant and messenger.

O Allah, whatever blessing has come to me or to any of Your creation this morning is from You alone, without partner. To You belongs all praise, and to You belongs all thanks.
Whoever says this in the morning has fulfilled the gratitude due for that day, and whoever says it in the evening has fulfilled the gratitude due for that night.

O Allah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty, and I take refuge with You from the punishment of the grave. None has the right to be worshipped except You.

O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religious and worldly affairs, and my family and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah, preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above, and I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth.

O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Creator of the heavens and the Earth, Lord and Sovereign of all things, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except You. I take refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil and shirk of the devil, and from committing wrong against my soul or bringing such upon another Muslim.
O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye.

We have entered the morning upon the natural way of Islam, the declaration of sincere faith, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him), and the faith of our forefather Ibraheem, who was upright, a Muslim, and not among those who associate partners with Allah.
None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.

‘O Allaah, send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad.’

At any time in the day
Said through the day

Astaghfiru llāha wa atūbu ilayh

How this list was put together
The Arabic, the transliteration, the English and the number of times are OpenDua’s, shown as that dataset has them.
Which remembrances belong to the morning, to the evening or to both is Wahidah’s arrangement. OpenDua marks the time only where the wording changes between morning and evening. For the rest, Wahidah followed the book these come from, Hisn al-Muslim (chapter 27, nos. 75 to 98): its own instructions and footnotes where they name a time. For five entries (nos. 82, 84, 85, 88 and 92) the book names no time; they are listed for both morning and evening only because the book places them in this chapter.
This arrangement was read from online copies of the book. It has not been checked against a printed edition or reviewed by a scholar, and no hadith references are given here because none has been verified. If you follow a teacher or a printed copy, follow that.
No. 96 is described in the book as said a hundred times in the day, so it is listed on its own after the morning list and is not part of the evening list.
