Hisn al-Muslim chapter 13

Invocation for entering the mosque

Invocation for entering the mosque

(He begins with his right foot), and says:

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi l-ʿaẓīmi, wa bi-wajhihi l-karīmi, wa sulṭānihi l-qadīmi, mina ash-shayṭāni ar-rajīmi bismi llāhi, wa aṣ-ṣalātu wa as-salāmu ʿalā rasūli llāhi llāhumma iftaḥ lī abwāba raḥmatik

I take refuge with Allah, The Supreme and with His Noble Face, and His eternal authority from the accursed devil. In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open the gates of Your mercy for me.
