Surah Al-'Asr (“The Declining Day, Epoch”) is the 103rd chapter of the Quran and has 3 verses. It is classed as Meccan, revealed before the migration to Madinah. It lies in Juz 30.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَفِى خُسْرٍ
that man is surely in a state of loss,
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ
except for those who believe and do good deeds and exhort one another to hold fast to the Truth, and who exhort one another to stead-fastness.
